What's Vinь & Vanь?

It is my, Ivan Ledyashov's, self-study of wine. Through it I plan to educate and demystify wine for myself, develop my palate, and track my progress. It is the result of learning about wine and needing a channel to unload and organize the acquired knowledge. Vinь & Vanь is that channel.

The blog's purpose is very clear-cut. I plan to become a Master of Wine. By taking notes on wine following the WSET's methodology I hope to prepare myself in everything related to tasting of wine. Long term, I aspire to become a qualified oenologist, and someday a reputable vintner. Vinь & Vanь is stepping block towards all of those goals.
